> TCS Total Control System, BIV Impianti has created a complete plant supervision system, allowing certification of cycle applied to the painted products.
The report certifies pre-treatment times, chemical baths, drying and polymerisation, and thus delivers a document that guarantees that the painted product has undergone all the steps required for peak quality.
> Another success with the heat exchanger module designed and built by BIV Impianti.
This is the BIV Impianti standard system for the production of the heat exchanger module, with 3 flue passes and full electronic flue gas management.
It has proved a great success for Surface Srl of Osimo. In this case the module was installed on an existing oven (not produced by BIV Impianti) and the impressive benefits from the new installation were immediately obvious. Briefly, they were:
• Use of a burner of 100,000 K/cal less than the previous one, meaning savings on gas consumption
• Outgoing flue gas temperature reduced by no less than 150° C compared to previously, meaning the oven was achieving perfectly efficient heat exchange
• Greater uniformity of temperature inside the oven, providing perfect baking of the paint.
• Improved thermal insulation of the combustion chamber, improving the quality of the working environment for painting plant operatives.
